• Rate of Interest–starts from 12 percent per annum (Fixed interest rate)
• Loan processing charges –Upto 5 percent on sanctioned amount plus GST
• Cheque bounce charges – Rs. 500 plus GST
• Penal Interest – 6percent per month on the balance due
• Prepayment/ Foreclosure charges (01-06 months of EMI repayment) – 7% plus GST
• Prepayment/ Foreclosure charges (Above 6 months) – 5% plus GST
